Alexey Kozlov has worked as a guitarist and producer since 2008. In 2012 Alexey started his studies at L.A. Music Academy (LACM) in Pasadena, California.

He studied under Tariqh Akoni (Stevie Wonder, Christina Aguilera) Jody Fisher, Bill Fowler, Jerry Watts (Herbie Hancock, Sheryl Crow), Doug Ross and others.

After LACM he performed with different artists around Los Angeles area, working as a session musician, producer, and a performing artist. In 2016 Alexey completed his Master's degree program at Cornell School of Contemporary Music in Los Angeles.

He studied under great teachers such as Abraham Laboriel, Allen Hinds, Otmaro Ruiz, Mauricio Guerrero, Michael Bradford and others.

In 2019 Alexey started extensively touring across the US with multiple acts. Covering literally the entire country and at some point playing over 100 shows a year.

Alexey is currently focussed on studio work. Being a versatile and well rounded audio engineer, musician and producer, Alexey confidently approaches wide range of different styles of music.  Deep knowledge and understanding of music and production allows Alexey to handle all steps of creating music - starting from cutting demos all the way to the final steps. 

By implementing his experience as an accomplished musician together with strong understanding of contemporary workflows and tools, Alexey is able to deliver truly musical sounding and quality work. You can hear some of  his latest work here.
